At Channel Master, we stand behind our hardware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your equipment, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, remote controls, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
